The Postmaster always delivers...
Unlike Alex I am always prepared and will never leave you without fresh material for so long (but Alex works hard too, I'm just razzing him). Today's comic is based on actual events! Actual events that I thought of late at night.
Let's talk SCII. You know how with any fighting game you always have at least one character with whom you can beat anyone with? Ya well, in Street Fighter alpha 3 it's either Akuma or Ryu, in MK it was Scorpion, but with SCII it's Talim, a 15 year old girl! Why is fate so crule! When I first got the game I had visions of me rocking everyone with Link or Mitsrugi (a samurai!), but no it's a 15 year old girl. And before every fight the characters yell out something like "Prepare to die!" or "I accept your challenge" or "Wretch! You will die!", something horrible and intimidating, but not Talim, she will say something like "Don't worry Talim, believe in yourself", or "Okay, you can do this". She sounds like a kids show. And when she wins instead of a cool phrase like "You will be in hell, before me!" it's something stupid like "You're full of nothing" or "Conflict lies within you.". I feel like such a pussy when I play as her, that is until I kick the shit out of my opponent, in which case it makes it all worth while.Until next time...
